Option to remove annoying "new quest" reminder

Any experienced player will see this nuisance bouncing arrow frequently every day during play and i'd bet some have even stopped playing because of it, so how about an option to turn it off?

The freeze is not because of this, its any action that need a UI notification, like barracks finished train a troops, provision finished a buff, email received and so on.

if its options to turn off notification this could solve this, but could end with bad user experience, like you will not get email notification from explorers, geo ended his search, and quest reminder .
