After clicking the blue 'PLAY NOW' button, I end up on a blank page where the game is supposed to load but nothing happens.
Ticket open but I wonder if I'm the only one.
(tried on multiple machines with multiple up to date browsers and flash and clear cache).

Do you get a blank, blue screen? Otherwise try clearing your browsers cache, and making sure Flash is up to date.

Strange indeed seeing as the site says 22,0,0,209 (I'm on this one) is the most up to date one for Chrome - could you try rolling back to that version for Chrome?

Managed to get it to work. With recent update, flash plugin was not "always allowed to run" by default.
Changed it (in chrome://plugins) and it works now. Hope this thread will help anyone else with same problem.

I have trouble getting to the front page using chrome since the 1st of september. I sometimes got a black page with grey corners, or a white page. Refreshing a few times or playing with the url (adding www, or even http(s)) used to work. Before friday loading the actual game was no problem.
Now the only way i can get chrome to load the FP is if I first log into this game with firefox. Loading the game doesn't work anymore in chrome. I have flash player (v22.0.0.209) enabled and I checked "always allowed to run".
I realy liked using chrome for this game (no need to install or update flash...) I have all my game-bookmarks here and this way I can keep this game and the rest of my online work seperate.
Any tips or news about this problem?

Im on windows 7, and I this morning after refreshing 6 times I got to the FP with chrome. I tried to play the game and now it works. I have no idea why. But i'm not complaining :D

I just checked and the FP won't even load (tried 5 times) in the only tab. I open 2nd tab and I can load the FP and game without any problems. So the answer to your question is YES.

That is an incredibly strange bug indeed. Does it do that on different browsers and/or different machines?

Hmm... only this pc and only with chrome. I don't remember changing any settings or installing anything new. So maybe automatic updates of Windows or chrome?
But opening a 2nd tab is a work-around I can live with.

Just to confirm that you tried a different browser and machine, and it appears to be only your PC with Chrome? Sorry for the repeat questions - just need to be absolutely sure I'm understanding that correctly.

I have the same issue in chrome, I get the log in page sort of ok, the pictures in the news feed are showing as broken links. It lets me log in but when I do I just get a blank, white page.
I would try another browser but it's been years since I've typed my password so I have no idea what it is.
Edited to add:
I just tried to log in via IE and got prntscr.com/cjsn49 (http://prntscr.com/cjsn49) for the log in page.

I have same issue and using waterfox, just get a blank white page, have tried ie 11, and edge. 1st page seems broken links.
I have the same problem..have tried chrome and firefox....was logged into the game and only logged out because the graphics on my adv weren't loading..when i tried to log back in again i got the same problems as mentioned above

Slim browser is dead too, cant enter the game, I was on 40 min before GQ reset, now when I start the slim browser only garbled lines and photos show up.

Well I didn't log out, but I did try to go to adv and got some txt about clear cache etc, so if u wanna stay online during this technical glitch don't visit adventure, lol.
I'm having the same issue today with all my browsers on Windows 10. Chrome and fireforx show the front page somewhat normal (except it won't show the pictures in the feed - the links work fine though) - Internet explorer 11 and edge won't show any of the graphics on the front page (white background, links and everything jumbled together). Have tried clearing cache several times and my flash should be working according to adobe's testpage. None of the browsers can open the game - just ends up with a blank page.
Cant load game. Tried chrome and firefox, same problem as above.
Will try again in 1 hour from my own computer.

yeah same problem, getting the blue message window about some file not loading and then blank screen on switching to adv. Guess its something to do with the bloated barrage balloon that I thought was meant to appear today. (I didn't log out either)

an hour ago,
when i was logged in the game, i got an automessage on my screen, a blue pop-up on the screen advising me to clear the cash ...
i did clear everything past history, log in infos whatever everything in chrome.
done that then i tried to login the game and what i have got all is this below screen

login icon is not doing a thing.
can not contact with support team for similar reasons, that is same page comes up and does nothing even though login infos are entered but login doesnt work.

Funny is the only thing that help now is cache, if you clear cache the game will try download latest versions again and it will fail, so problem will be worst.

just got in on Chrome, all loaded fine after 2 hrs of failed pages. I'll never log out again :)

Then try to just reload the page (F5).

If you have done so and still have issues, please post here with as much information as possible. Thank you!
Update: the issue has now been resolved. If you're still experiencing issues, please try clearing your browser cache and flushing your DNS. If you're using Steam, please use the "Verify Game Cache" option. Thank you for your patience!

Maintenance has only just finished, so some things may still be coming back up. Keep trying and if it still continues to be stuck in an hour, we can move forward with troubleshooting.

After graphics glitches due to some resources not loading from CDN, today I just end up on a blank page.
In the developer tools:

Have you try uinstall browsers then restart comp and reinstall again

Hello :) I have also a problem to load the game, I'm on firefox, I cleared my cookies and history, tried as well on private, but the game can't load, I have the same screen as SillYcoNe on her 28.09.16 post.
I was able to connect after some network tweaking.
As described in me previous post, some servers in the cdn are serving bad/corrupt files causing multiple issues.
I can see one common thing here. You are both from France. I talked with SillYcoNe in chat and it seems like the edge server located in France Telecom network serving the files for this game isn't working correctly.

Your wife's chrome has the required files in cache and doesn't have to download them from the malfunctioning server but other computers and browser don't have them in their cache and have to download them.
Just want to step in and say thank you for the ongoing troubleshooting regarding this. The ISP (Orange) info was invaluable - thanks especially to SillYcoNe and Durin_D!

It's working now. Your comments made me think to change DNS IPs on my PC. So I've changed them for Google DNS then reboot the PC and everything goes better now.
So for french users using Orange as an ISP, don't try to do it on your LiveBox because DNS IPs aren't editable (they are set to Orange DNS). Just change it at your connection level, choose the DNS of your choice (Google ones are 8.8.8.8 as primary and 8.8.4.4 as secondary).
I hope it helps.

This is the exact problem that I had and I came to the exact same conclusion and solution while support was asking me to clear cache and try tiny browser...

I did not post the whole solution here because I did not want to cause unexperienced users tinker with their DNS configuration and risk overloading BB support with new problems.

i am still unable to load the game on edge since the login problems on the first day of the easter event. it reaches the final stage but the tick never turns green. before it worked fine. i want to play on edge cause other browsers (explorer, firefox) are painfully slow for some reason only with tso.
actually the game loads on edge after i have cleared flash and browser cache. but only one time and it takes 15-30 min to load (under 2 min before)! also the success rate is about 80% even then.
I'm not sure if it is linked to why I can't log on (just swinging hammer man). I tried on a friends Linux machine and I was presented a SSL Certificate expiry error (find pic file attached), I ignored the error and was then able to log on to his machine. Is this the problem?
I have reloaded my machine again today and still unable to log on.
I'm having no other problems with any other websites.

A friend told me today it could be due to an expired security certificate on TSO that some browsers are picking up on. I was able to log onto his machine but I'm still unable to log onto using my machine. We even reloaded everything today and still nothing. I guess we just have to wait for TSO support to pickup the fault.

That sounds to me like a corrupt flash installation - could you try uninstalling it and then getting a fresh installation?

If it is any consolation. I have been trying new things and i have found I am able to login if, at the sign-in page, I click "Redeem voucher", I enter my logon details and then login is sucessful - Am then able to click "Play now" and my island loads.

You get that error because Konqueror (the KDE web browser) and more precisely KDE/your Linux distribution doesn't trust COMODO RSA Organization Validation Secure Server CA -certificate.

Precisely correct good sir! Unfortunately, this means it'll throw this up every time, and there's very little you can do about it - it's just the way the browser handles it.
EDIT: there may be a way to get it to ignore the TSO website in the settings, but I myself am not familiar with Linux or that browser.
I've changed distros to Manjaro and it seems to be handling it a little better. Either way I've never had any problems with Konqueror for months - very odd but working now.

With the release of the Windows 10 "Creators" update, some players may experience some issues running the game. This is due to two different reasons depending on what browser you use:
Chrome: if the Flash plugin refuses to run, you will need to fully uninstall Flash and reinstall the latest version here (https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/).
Edge: Edge uses an integrated Flash plugin that isn't the correct version that's required. Please go here (https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/) and download the "NPAPI" version manually.
If anyone runs into any additional problems due to this issue, feel free to let us know!
Having huge issues today - can't log in now at all. Had a feeling it was someting to do with Windows. I'll try your suggestions.
