Logged in this morning and my stock of Aunt Irma's Feasts have disappeared - approx 4,200 of them!

My stock level is now just 70 which appears to be the amount I produced overnight!

Anyone else suffered from this?

Do you mean the feasts was queued, or on star and disappeared ?
if they were queued in PH, then its just canceled, its a new bug already reported.

Thanks but the Feasts were already finished.

Support says I must have deleted them which isn't very helpful. Surely they have server logs?

After 4 years I think it may be time to quit to call it a day. If you can lose the product of so many months of effort, so easily, without any recourse or assistance, what is the point?

just reply them they do have auditing logs somehow.

they might not have. when a building dissapeared when i demolished it they had no clue.
