Recruitment Guide effect Combat academy as well

I wonder why PvP still away from the designer spotlight, I think it will be nice if Recruitment Guide affects combat academy as well.

I'm not PvP player, but maybe one day I'll play it as well, but I just would like to suggest this, at least will be nice for PvP players, and could be a cause for more players to play PvP.
