Normal generals travelling too slow

I've encountered this several times, normal gens taking longer then 30mins to travel to adventure.
On this occasion 42 minutes, as you can see on screenshot:

time not included in the 30 mins is walk time to nearest storage house. and dismantling the garrison takes 30 secs too. Thats all i can think of that can affect the travel time :)

that can never take 12 minutes.

im not going through all rest but i knew i had seen it not to long ago same thing

this is a most annoying bug that has been around for a few years, I send my generals then go to the adventure and wait till I can see them in the star menu this way it will take the right time for them to get there...not a permanent fix I know, but it does work. Hope this Helps :)

This has happened to me 3 times recently. Seems to affect the 'slow' gens in particular.

Happened again, and the "visit adv immediately" workaround didn't work.
