Logged in several time now having cleared cache and all that jazz but still no crisis quest showing
Any further suggestions?
Completely close and re-open your browser maybe? Mine started on it's own while playing with no problems on Sandycove
Showing where?
Have you opened the Quest book and scrolled down to make sure it's not there "unchecked"?
If it's stucked at meta-quest(s) "A Great Evil" (and "Stage 1"), it may help clicking them to make sub-quest to spawn.
wife has same issue no questline mine is here at the bottom of the quest section ...she has the timer up just no quests

Same here, just got the timer, no quests and no email.
Tried refreshes and periods away but it won't spawn, of the 5 worlds I play, 3 have got it amd 2 have not.
me to just timer, nothing in Quest book.

Nothing doing this end, no email either,,, what a mess up grrrrr
I have had no email, and have no quest, but I do have the timer.
multiple reports on different servers, missing quest and as far as i know also mail about the chain.

I have the timer and an event tab in the mayors house, but no email and no quest. Others in my guild have it.

No crisis quest for me also. Timer is there but no quest. I had Excelsior quest opened when Crisis started and i finished it, same as daily quest all worked normally.

I use slim browser (Steam client), but tried with Chrome, FF, Edge... nothing all same. And Yes I cleared cashe, restart client, browsers, even computer... all several times... still nothing

It was the link I got when I asked for help in the help chat in game. But will do both then.

Well, they probably do not know that either then. Point is, that form you linked is supposed to report new crisis quests with photos to that fansite administration, that is how it gets filled, as there was no such quest on test server to get the info from.

We would like to inform you that a maintenance will take place today, from approx. 13:00 GMT until 15:00 GMT. This is to apply a hotfix to resolve the issues with the Crisis Quest. Premium times will be extended.
We will also be extending the duration of the Crisis Quest by an additional day - it will now end on February 9th.
Hmm, seems to be back up but am getting stuck at the "Green Tick" stage, just get endless different flashing advice messages, but not the green tick. Will go try on another machine.

I have the same issue
also huge lag since maintenance, in switching zones, buffing, ...

While the game worlds are back online, there's some last minute tinkering still ongoing. Expect some lag/loading here and there until we tie it all up. It should ease over time.

This doesn't appear to be lag, I've bee stuck at the green tick for over 10 minutes.
I'm having disconnections & very slow moves to an adventure island.
feel this needs another hot fix to clear logging-in :p

good jub BB And I have left only 32 minutes now to conquer that colony I attacked before urgent "maintenance".
OH and I can't login to game... LOL I must be luckiest guy here...
OH and premium slowly go down to drain, since maintenance time is over :D

The game is BROKEN again!
Login is slow, take ages...
When u login visiting an adventure/going back to island become a real adventure waiting minutes to load the adv...
Load units on generals take ages, not 10 seconds, but 3 minutes or more....
Sending generals in battle will not finish the battle untill u reload the map - so again ages :D
this game have to be broken every update ?
