Tweaked the guide for faster completion when using Nus. 515R 219ES 320C 190K average 418r loss

Ran a test with a guild buddy, results:

So about 2hrs for 2 for me using the Nus setup. Buddy was using Vargus but had connection problems. I guess would of been about the same timings tho.
