How to make Fish Food

How do I make Fish Food. When I go to my Provision House. I don't get an Option for it. I am on level 17.

i dont know if its level related but it should be in the provision house under deposits

edit i had to wait game to load to get pics

click on deposits in provision house at bottom and fish food this one

move the sliders along to make how much you want to make

It will be in star menu in the resources tab. Click on it and then click on a spot on the sea with a fish icon showing. Finally select how much you wish to add and click the tick, job done.
