What happened...they used to be at least helpful. Now its like everything is my fault
and they should not be bothered. Maybe they are to busy because the game is falling apart worse the Obamacare.
Or maybe they believe that their game is beyond error...never had a glitch and any problems are the fault of we
ignorant peasants.

A strange thing this I know, but people are much more inclined to help you when you are nice and polite when you ask for help.

Dont judge if you dont know the facts. If you get the feeling you are talking to a door, it can be hard not to be rude.
Have had my share of that in the past, though last time I did try and write to support it was better.
First time I tried when I just started to play I got an auto reply telling me I had to write again if I really did mean to write support, something I found both stupid and rude, why would I write support in the first place if it was not to write to support :p. That made me give up in advance the next times I had a problem.
I tried again some month back, my problem got solved and it worked fine.
When you get an auto reply telling you to do stuff you already did or asking you for something you already wrote, or telling you that the ticked has been closed and your problem is still not fixed, then patience can run out :p
I have had put two tickets in on different issues and both were responded to very quickly. No problem here. I've never done that before either.
Since this matter is being handled privately, I'm closing the thread.
