Is there a list of the attack and defense order of all the enemy troops?

Title kind of says it all.

The combat sims must know this information for them to work correctly, so i was hoping there is a list somewhere somebody has made?

Simulators show the units in that order.

::R::, ::M::, ::S::, ::E::, ::C::, ::B::, ::LB::, ::A::, ::K::

The units attack and defend in that order unless there's a skill that changes the order (e.g. ::C:: has "first strike"/"swift" and "attack weakest" that changes the order)

I thought there were a few bosses that break that order, ie attack last but defend first

There is, but you should see them on top of the list in combat sim.

order is also different in Black Knight - where cavalry is in defend order before soldiers.
