I have used assassin on the archipelgo island containing 1 tretrous theif 140 stone cannonr and 100 sword weilder. I have used about 4 in total as well as some Rain of Arrows the use removes 140 stone cannon instantly, when I then go to send attacks these are back within the next day (not sure how long) the assassins and RoA are removed from the star as well as star coins.
