Hello there,
This will be my four attempt to report issues with this game and I am sure you will fob me off with you can’t access my ticket again. I am getting sick and tired of not having my issues dealt with and the fact there seems to be some big issues with the game.
a) I have now missed out on 200 diamonds due to the game not registering my continuous days properly
b) Due to maintenance, I missed out on completing an adventure as the time I signed on was the only time during the day I could and I lost 24 hours on that adventure and couldn’t finish it
Please do something about these is because I will not be buying any add on until such time as I feel the game with worth it.

Leaving your computer logged in 24/7 has long been known for failures to receive the log in reward, it is recommended that you log out for at least 15 mins each day.

for chrome, I tried it and seems it does not really work if ou keep game in the background, you need to keep the game in the front because chrome block the flash in the background, but firefox kinda still working.

also maybe session will expire too.
