iv'e purchased some gem's and im not recive'ing them yet . and yet the bill has been withdrawn from my account. so if these gems do not transfer thought' i have email's of purchase and can i ask for more due to the inconvenience?

look i would just like my purchase of gem's plz as i still have not received my purchase of gem;s still and its been a while normally i received within 10-20mins not 30mins +

Sometimes to my knowledge there can be a delay in receiving your purchased gems, Sometimes you get them instantly others can take a fair while to receive them
