To get rid of soldiers?

Hi,
can anyone any suggest which adventure is the best to get rid of soldiers ::S:: ?
Or maybe there is a way to just release them?

Just use them up instead of Recruits. You will not need as many Soldiers as Recruits, of course, for each attack.

Load an adventure you can complete and chuck them at the 1st few camps then use your normal path to complete the adventure.

I've always advocated for a 'decommission' option for troops but currently the only way is what people are saying and keep using them in battles where you will lose a few. There is the occasional daily quest to delegate but we have no control over that.
