seems I've not received the EAster bonus code in real life mail. I have checked Spam and Junk folders etc, but nothing there :(

I have also (as done previous times in these circumstances) unchecked and rechecked the newsletter tab; it just seems very hit and miss as to if I get these bonus mails during events.

Anyone else having similar probs this time?

You need to check your profile and make sure you have the newsletter option selected.

If the option is checked and the mail hasn't come through then you need to contact Support to help resolve it.

Why not just send it via in game mail ? Doesn't make sense to me :-/

I attempted to change my email via uplay but i still need access to original email to do so :(
Id love it if bb bypassed mail and did ingame mail instead

Many who have this issue cannot even add to the thread as they cannot validate their email account. Been said dozens of times, rewards should go to those who play not to those BB wish would come back.

I can litteraly write support every time there is a mail voucher, and i have the newsletter selected, and not blocked it. But evey single time, i miss out. After years now, i just can´t be borthered anymore. Sad really.

Okay so I have been in touch with support and this has not helped. Any link they send seems to have a time delay with it, so by the time I see it, its expired.

So I changed tactics and decided to change my email address using the My Profile tab, then the link to the UPlay site. I logged in, verified using the 2 step process, asked to edit my email and was sent a link to do so. After clicking on that link and inputting a new email and confirmation of it, I was left with this

That red box will not let me type in it, click within it or close it. And if I click the OK button, nothing happens.

This is such a frustrating long-winded process that I've totally given up with it all. It's just not worth a couple of buffs 3 times a year. :mad:

lol my replay from support and still no eggs via external mail... oh well
