The issue with extra 5 - 10 minutes :D even if it is +3 GMT zone

Well as Sandycove is not a signatory of the 1895 Helsinki convention they don't have to have all clocks synchronized.

More than it will match the other clocks in the game (Frozen Manor / Noble Residence). :)
