Is there any more information such as error text present? I assume your Flash plugin is up to date too?

You should be able to whitelist the homepage, which then allows you to play freely.

I had this seven times in 10 minutes last night at 8pm BST. It was virtually every time I clicked on a collectible. Eventually I logged right out, closed browser ( IE ) then opened browser again and logged back in and then it was fine....So what were you upto BB last night at 8pm? Cleaners unplugging server again? Hamster nipping out for a nut break? Pre event ending program running?

OK - if it starts getting too consistent, do let me know.

I'm sure they are BB_Saqui, but I would sneak in a cctv camera to watch their shift, as I'm sure that one was only treading the wheel with one paw while watching telly or updating their FB page :)

We've taken steps to confiscate all distractions that could cause such procrastinations - thank you for your report! ;)

Too late - they've all been sacked and replaced with Bonthans.
