"Send to adventure" not working

I'm on a friends adventure (Valiant Little Tailor), that is started before my adventure (The Fisherman and his Wife) I loaded up a number of generals and used the old methode for sending them to my adventure. Then I noticed that I apparently forgot to send Quartermaster Claus, so I open his menu and press the "Send to Adventure" button, the deconstruction startes, but when it reaches around 50% it resets and his garison is back.

I have tried to reload the game, but still I can't send him using the send button from the General menu.

Try clearing your browser cache before anything. If he's truly stuck, then you'll need to contact our Support Team via a web-ticket (http://www.thesettlersonline.com/en/help-and-support). Be sure to include a screenshot if you can!

Is there an option to select which adventure to send him to ? - since you have one running yourself and are in a friends.

I was able to send him the old way, but will try again during the next adventure.

Unfortunately I do not play through a browser, but use the Steam client, so I have no idea how to clear the cache, if that is possible at all.

And yes, halv12, there is an option to chose which adventure to send to.

Same ball pack. I sent a gen via the "Send to adv" button. I had a PVP adv running at the time so only 1 choice of adv to sent to. I sent and went back to my adv. 15m later alarm went off but no gen, wasn't even in travel. Went home looked in star and saw this:

I guess me ending the PVP adv triggered the gen to come home. Raised a ticket.

Click the "DELETE WEB BROWSER CACHE" button, it looks like what you need.

Yep, you can click those options to clean your browser inside the Steam overlay. Let us know if it helps!
