follow up adventures drop rate too low

everyone know that the drop rates of the adventures "follow up" went down, but still there is a quest that asks to complete 2 follow up adventures, the greatest explorer, so how do the quest?
it is a simple quest asking for 2 rare adventures

I remember I played 48 VLT to get 1 SLT, was no follow up at all, even CLT, other times got like 2 SLT in 3 VLT, also, my first BLT i played got 3 alies in 6 loot spots, but last about 30 LS BLTs got 0 alies, this is one reason why I really stopped playing those FT from 7 months, it is so random, anyway, I'm not sure if this will effect all adv and rare items or not, guaranteed system loot is soon to deploy, and already in test server, so, hopefully, it will reduce these issues.
