tbh, I don't like crisis quests so much, no fun with it, just sink pay, produce, such a boring quests just for a building that sometimes not even needful!

it is nice for gems, but still, not for fun.

TBH, Boooored from TSO, no events, nothing new, bugs prevent me from playing PvP no motivation to play PvE, chat channels dead.

I guess it's all in how you approach the game. If I'm really really tired of adventures (rarely happens) and I've done every bonus quest that I care to and I don't feel like playing the markets and I don't feel like going through some of my adventure guides to optimize based on new generals and new skills and I don't feel like reading the forums and I don't feel like reorganizing my kingdom to increase output or think about adding some new buildings or doing a little general redecorating then I'll see if I have trouble finding something else to do.

Personally I'm enjoying a little break from an event because I don't tend to get enough sleep :)

Can only hope that BB will consider this in the future to help retain newer players..

My first event was Halloween (I joined about the same month as you did) and there was no summer event that year either. In Settlers, everything comes with time - sometimes lots of time.

Thanks for you answer. But does not address the question concerning events, I missed the Halloween event so my first event was in December which was good. It now July 2017 some 7 months after the last year event. I just Think that newer player would be better served by getting regular events. You are only looking at four or five events a year not much and would keep the game interesting and something to look forward too :-)

I need for something to happen, I need change, if not I think I will end up finding something else to do.

It's perfectly OK to take a break every now and then - it can help refresh your focus and prevent yourself from burnout. When you're back, you may just find something new to play with. After all: we just implemented all those shiny new General Skills, so it would make sense that we have stuff on the way for you to take full advantage of them ;).

it appears we r having a summer event. but their keeping it secret lol.
saqui mentioned it in world chat that were having a super duper secret summer event on the 24th july. saw something in the forum about it as well but no info is getting given out about it till it actualy starts.
All the forum said was it was something they have never done before.

Event started yesterday and it is called "Maintenace". It will continue until 31.8. We need to go out and enjoy the summer :-)

I doubt it, that would mean only those over lvl 50 and had cleared the archipelago could join in the event

I am not so sure Kit...they can easily clear the mist for just that area for the duration of the event, after all we all have Golums on our lands at times.

not really its part of sector 3 main island, and u can find collectibles there also .
