View Full Version : Window flashing every 3-10 seconds

HI,

I am using el Capitan os 10.11.6 with opera browser (newest version) and updated flash player. It worked better than firefox or chrome.

Now i have white patches appearing in the loading bar and continuous white window flashes in game. It really is not playable.

Now i have tried firefox again and it doesnt even log in...

Help please

no help here, but I am experiencing the same issue on macbook OS Sierra 10.12.2 using Chrome 59.0.3071.115

many issues over and over, more issues coming to all platforms, BB still think, Flash is not dying...

Thx for getting back.

Unfortunately i cannot take a screenshot as it would be virtually impossible to catch that moment. It is more like a blinking, very brief and irregular. Sometimes it s a small window like building, provision house or sometimes it s the whole frame in which the game runs. It does not affect the desktop as i play in windowed mode and the desktop part does not blink or flash...

At the moment it is happening less frequently. Once every 8-10 secs approx...

It is all i could get. During the load bar, some parts are white.

During the game it s too short and i just can't catch the moment. Believe me i tried.. :)

Thanks for the screenshots! The first step is to clear your browser's cache - this will force it to redownload all of the game's assets, which could be the cause of this. Give it a try and let me know how it works out.

OK - next try and different browser and see if the issue occurs again.

Yep did that too. Chrome and Opera seem to have the same response. Firefox doesnt even log in. Safari is lagging horribly.

If there are 5 more checks, please list them all in one go :)

Here i caught an in game flash or blinking :

one part (sometimes none) stays visible, everything else is white..

The last thing to do is to try and uninstall and reinstall your Flash plugin, to make sure it isn't corrupted in any way.

Done that too. Twice now. No changes.. :(
