Log in Problem

Every time i log in i get a blank screen and the message 'File loading failed! Please check your network connection, clean your browser cache or try again later.'
When i press the ok button my screen gets lighter and my island starts to appear, every time i click ok the screen gets brighter and my island appears more
Also its not showing collectables on my island

I have cleared my cache so it not that
ideas??

I also have a log in problem. I tried to refresh a couple of times but it shows the same thing. Ty for the help.

Hi i also cannot get past the change log/Tips screen. error message says connection to server lost. i have tried updating flash and chrome to the latest version. cleared up cache of chrome, flash and java. same situation when i changed my browser to firefox and ie. however i can play through my mobile using puffin browser. they are on the same router. i have ran out of ideas on how to make it work.

need help please. my log in problem resolved itself after 2 weeks from when it started. then yesterday it started again. still same issues. i cant play on my pc but i can log in and play on my mobile devices. i dont think the problem is on my side since it resolved itself on the first instance with me not doing anything at all.

I had problems again on weekend and again yesterday. Using IE on typing in password it went to little hammerman then returned to log in page. Would not go to play now page. On both occasions I had to change to FF and got straight through. Later on, in the evening I logged in successfully using IE no problem. The only odd thing was it was after Saqui changed the home page message on both occasions....Bad BB_Saqui Lol

I can assure you that me putting up news posts doesn't have any effect on your ability to play the game! :)
