Cant mark colls on friends

I am currently unable to mark the collectibles on friends and guildies islands. I have seen other people saying the same. This is since last update.

I tried on 2 guildies jsut now and clicking collies and getting thme marked is laaaaaaaggy. So try and wait for liek 30secs after clicking and see if something happens.

I've the same problem. Clicking the collectables is not working.

I also have the same problem marking collies on friends islands. It's been going on for a few weeks now and still occurring after the latest maint today. I'd assumed that there was just a big lag in getting the notifications but a guildie told me that even after 2-3 mins there was still no blue markers appearing on his island.

Using chrome if that helps.

I have same problem and it has been as long as starters issue. I have used chrome and firefox.

Aaargh my fingers are bleeding from trying to mark collies, it is almost impossible :(

Got this too, cant tag friend collies on slimbrowser, chrome or IE.If I leave and return at the second or third visit at friend island map teh collies will let me to tag them , but on the first visir , never.

For the time being, the issue seems to disappear if you log out for 15 mins and then try again.

issue dosent go away with reload or 15min away time or anyotherways. THIS ONE REALLY NEEDS TO BE FIXED BEFORE HALLOWEEN EVENT!!!

Same here - I haven't been able to mark collies on friend's islands for weeks now - on puffin browser and chrome. Logging out or re-visiting guildies islands multiple times makes no difference.

Seems like its somekinda buffer overflow bug, as working after server reboot. maybe bb should add monthly server reboot in their cyckle. as looks like devs cant fix it otherways.

Same problem here since a week or so. Cannot mark collectibles on friends island.
