Hi! - I don't know if anybody else finds this frustrating, but the Pied Piper Venture & the Flute Production seems to take ages. It really slows down the whole 5/5 venturing.

I do recall prior mention of this, as I remember players were split into 2 camps on this. Those who were prepared to ensure they had both PH and RPH available for flute production and those only willing to use one of the buildings.

Aye, RPH is queued with research and steaks now 24/7 - I guess it's a side effect of the new general science.

Nowdays i just start the adventure the day before i want to do it and leave the flutes making overnight...

i keep meaning to go on test and see if u can start clearing the adv b4 using the flutes. i presume not tho as killing each leader wipes out the sector. to me it;s all part of the game, get the timing right b4 starting the adv, usually last thing b4 i log out then ph/rph can do their thing while i'm away.

don't need to try on test - I normally start in a morning before i go to work, kill the first few camps and then complete when I get home by which time all my flutes are made

Attacking leader camps does not remove the rat caves, If I make the mistake of making flutes in a batch instead of singularly my troops are well on the way along before even the first cave gets taken out.

thx guys, now i know i can do the adv and kill rat caves at the end. might still have a bit of a wait and will need to find something else to do (my wife is good at finding lots of stuff for me to do), but at least the adv time will be considerably shorter.

and Doro... I once made a batch of 25 manu's!

Personally I start the adventure last thing at night, start flute production in prov house and throw all my suicides at L3. 10 MMA, 2 dracul and 1 vargus.

I did pied piper once where I forgot to make the flutes. Killed all camps and was surprised when adventure didn't finish. After applying the flutes, all the quests are immidiately finished and the venture ends normally .... you still have to wait for the flutes to finish though .... the venture is finished way before the flutes :-D

Since the need to produce the flutes dont come as a surprice I dont think it is a big problem in having PH and RPH ready - and with Barazeks on them production dont take long.

well .. I'm not super active on the fish venture, so when I make it, it's more spontanious .... and the 3 hours delay for the flutes are really annoying since it blocks for making the next venture in the line.

Using a barazek for just the flutes are IMO wastefull, so I don't use that solution ... I just grumble over it ... especially because I can't find the logic in why that specific thing have to take forever to make.
