Guild House lvl only visible to owner of it

The new Guild house lvl 6 looks awesome to me prntscr.com/gkmfz3 however when others tried looking they see at as lvl1 prnt.sc/gkmm9g , it has been the same when i tried to visit others with houses at different lvls all appear to me as lvl1

Here's what I see when I look at my Guild House prnt.sc/gkmq0r (level 3) and what NicciNZ sees prnt.sc/gkmheq (level 1).

This "Guild House lvl only visible to owner of it" has been true for a very, very long time and possibly forever:

Also, I see his guild house like lvl 1 (I know his house is not important if he is not leader, but he was one time, and gave me guild back):

Five upgrade levels have been around for ages: Ye Olde "Guild House" info from The Great Library (https://forum.thesettlersonline.com/threads/22737-Guild-House) but until now only Levels 1 and 2 have been visible, and 2 only to the owner of the buildings.
