Cancelled trade and someone bought it

I cancelled a trade and someone still managed to buy it. Bug? Maybe we just clicked the same time and server got confused. :confused:

I have seen the occasional 'oops' in the trades as well. I think the signals get crossed if things happen too close together, or something like that.
