Returning to Mama Panda - got to do twice

In Panda, second quest Returning to Mama Panda, you have to do it twice (since maint on Tues 10th Oct). Which means you have to pay 50gc twice but you get the 23.5k XP and 500 hammers twice.

In wedding too if you do them so fast, the quest will be broken, it will ask to apply buff, but the buff stay in gray and can't be applied, the only solution for this is refreshing.

it is one change that they tried to "fix" an issue make it worst.

One of those did this bug:



Buff quests will not be triggered again if one is already running.
Buff quests should no longer get stuck.
