Werewolf Howl / Banshee Scream

I am a bit confused by these two buffs. In the Dev Diary it is:

"Banshee's Scream: Increases the output of a Pumpkin Cemetery up to 300% for 6 hours."
"Werewolf's Howl: Increases the output of a Pumpkin Cemetery up to 400% for 6 hours."

But in game Banshee says +200% and Werewolf says +300%. Does anyone know which is right?

Both seem to be correct. Other one says the total and other one is an addition to the base production.

100% +200% = 300%
100% +300% = 400%

i have to agree with madorosu! ex.100%(original)+200%(from buff)=300%
