love it, BB throws us a happy hour and then stops any gems from being brought .... clever .....

Pretty disgusting that after 5 days he's received no response and no gems. So BB just take people's hard earned money now and give nothing back?

Investigations like these can take a bit of time, mainly due to the fact we wait for responses and information from the payment provider themselves e.g. PayPal. Please be rest assured that we haven't forgotten about it, and aim to resolve it as fast as we can.

Could someone respond to the message sent by paypal to resolve this issue please ...they sent it on the 15th.....don't mind me Ive only been out of pocket since the 10th - still it was only a few quid screw me eh ??
