"and after u click u can choose the members u will send to", this doesn't make much sense to me.

remove the "send trade to members" button and just have the "choose who u will send to"... a group trade button :)

Too clunky but that can be fixed.
Obviously this won't work for guilds where one of the officers handle such trades, the solution to this is add a option to guild admin so that the leader can select which ranks can use this.
Secondly move it to the members tab where such a function would make more sense and you have a ready made list of members to chose from to send the trades.
