Idea for a new specialist. The Persistent Geologist. Set them off looking for a mineral and they don't come back until they find some unless you pay them to quit.

ie. Send them off on a copper search and only when one of your six mines collapses do they find anything and go back to star.

part of managing ur isle is to have an idea of when a mine will dry up and deal with it accordingly. i dont think bb would be up for this idea
