2nd Trade Office

I notice that in return for gems I can purchase a 2nd (3rd, 4th, etc perhaps?) Trade Office.

What does this do for me?

having a 2nd trade office adds nothing to the game. You can merely replace your buildmenu-made trade office that uses a building license, with one for gems that does not use a license, so saving you one.

There are several buildings where you have the choice of either build or buy, those which have a limit of 1 do not allow you to obtain a 2nd by using the other option aswell.
