Update Overun

So we are now 12 mins into an overrun on todays stated times. Is this an error in the times given ( again ) is it SOT (Setters Own Time ) ?

I think too it SOT ; or they are sleeping in the east. My buff cycle is broken, whole night. and now i can not restart nothing. Pitty. Social media has no extra info about delayed

Planning they have never heard of, why todays after each other down? Can they not do 2 things at the same time?

I think approx. is some time over the next few weeks. I've never know a service so lack about time no wonder people won't invest in the game
