Hi
I havn't bought gems before, but I am considering to do so.
But - for the second time in a row - the shop isn't working during Happy Hour.
There is only a text saying I should try to re-log or try again later, and ofc I did try that with no succes.
Now the morning after HH its working again:-(
It was excatly the same last HH, so i can only assume there's no HH for my country(Denmark) or what?
Can I buy from other countries if I use PayPal, or will that not work?

Hi,
I would kindly suggest to use the scroll down menu of countries (it automatically default to your country with its flag to the left) next to your name and at the very bottom there is the "international " option. The Happy Hour offer should then be available to purchase with PayPal.
Unless I am wrong I assume that this offer is valid on the International server only, which may not be the case on countries specific servers, thus appearing unavailable?

Ok thanks for info.
I did try to select other countries, and some seemed to work, others didnt, so I could not really see any pattern.
I will try the International server on next HH

the netherlands....and i tried belguim...stays the same,,,
support gave me a whole list...which i had already tried....leaving it for now...will try again when happy hour is around
It's a bigger problem, not only for myriamsje. For me it's been broken for half a year, sometimes switching to other country solves it for a minute, but soon it disappears again. I just don't care - not intended to buy gems, but as I've said, it's been going for several months.
And I've seen several players reporting it in chat or even here (if you read older posts).

Sorry I should've been more specific - on the store page, which region in the drop-down box are you selecting? And is it the same for other regions like "International" etc?

Just to the right where it says "Welcome qawpaw" in quite a big font, there's a drop-down menu which shows you which regional shop you're trying to access. This will be there even if you get the "Unfortunately an error occured while the shop was loading" message.
I need to know which region you're attempting to get to in order for it to produce that error, as well as if it happens if you attempt to select any other region.
its hit and miss. sometimes it loads sometimes it doesnt. just keep trying and it might let u in eventualy lol. took me 3 refreshes to get in to the gem shop today.
This is the 4th or 5th happy hour that I can't buy gems.
I hit reload multi times.
I am using chrome browser.
The region I am buying from is New Zealand.
In the past, it was never a problem.
Gets as far as the 1st loading up page.
I tried other regions and did get sale summaries in their different currency.
My bank did not confirm/verify the transaction so still at step 1

seems this is still not solved for Belgium, I get the following error:

I had a similar problem this morning, got onto the gem shop page but when I selected the amount I wanted I got a message saying "...that package is not valid..." and all I was allowed to do was close the window.
I managed to complete a purchase later on but this must be affecting gem sales big time
shop not working from denmark must be eu region for weeks now
If you experience this issue, we need the following information:
1. Browser type, including what version.
2. OS version
3. Flash version
4. Time of day you've tried to access the shop; likewise if it suddenly works, what time did that change?

Shop still not working in Denmark
Browser : Chrome
OS : Win 10
Flash version : Newest i guess since it is preinstalled with chrome
Time of day : 2PM gmt and 5 PM gmt
p.s. Working again as of 1 pm 1 sept

Just also check if you have an ad blocker enabled - thats always prevented my purchases in the past, I had to remember to disable it.
1. Steam version.
2. Win 10 x64
3. Have chrome with newest flash
4. Tried many times during the day.
Wont get the store page to load, only says that it wont load, click here to refresh. Tried changing country and no change.

Tried to buy more gems today in the sale... As the checkout won't load at all in the game browser, I did manage to get it to load using Mozilla instead. Then I had to go through a long winded verification process which culminated in me being given a 4 digit code that appeared to do nothing. When I entered it a few times it just booted me out of the process...
Really how hard can this be?! I just want to give you some money and it shouldn't be this difficult!!
Gem shop is down in hungary. We will miss the Happy Hours this way. Any solution?

there is also another workaround that involves changing your region of purchase, logging out and logging back in.
All workarounds that really should be advertised by a BB to ensure the info is out there reliable and trustworthy

[19:59] [g-o] Paddan: Gem Shop bug and workaround: if gem shop dont work this is a workaround, first select a shop in another region/another shop like EU global, select a payment method(any, doesent matter at tis point), proceed to next step, and then cancel it, now logout completely (wit logout in ain), and relogin and select the shop u intend use...and it should worrk
When choosing Denmark, site shows :
Unfortunately an error occured while the shop was loading, please click here
to reload the page. If the error keeps persisting, please try again in a few minutes.
When choosing almost any other language, shop displays correct.
Please fix before offer runs out.

I have the same problem from time to time

Fun part when happy hour is over the shop works normal for the Netherlands.
for 12 month i been able 1 or 2 times to buy gems, so i use the money else where and my time
other have probs loading the shop , i cant buy gems on this happy hour
did clear cache , and all prg is updatet

bought some yesterday took couple reloads to get the shop to show up though

Tried with both Chrome and Firefox, New Zealand is the region shown, never had problems before.
Changed to Australia, still error.
Changed to International, ok - can see order page and it appears CC is allowed.
The above attempts were with Chrome

And now it's working... perfect... the secod time when I can't use happy hour.... :(
Here we go again.
It takes about 4 minutes to load the shop site and when it finishes the standard text appears.

Region is European/English and have tried Denmark, Sweden, Norway, International and UK
And finally it seems to work, and apparently not. I could choose my country (Denmark) and choose the package.
When i got to the payment site another problem occured.
I choose Mastercard and type in all data and i think, finally, but nooooooo. Now it simply says
"Your payment could not be processed. Please contact customer support for further assistance."

For Hungary it hasn't worked for months. I tried for different regions. Some of them working some of them not.

I wonder what level of support and fixes BB is getting on gem purchase problems...

I figured it out. Use Tor browser, it will works! :D I don't know why, but with Tor I can buy anytime, even when with other browsers not.

but at the same time your are testing beta server that fair
but you should get yours shop server up and running then we all be happy again
