'Endurance Training' achievement - Football 2018

I opened all the doors in the fixture list and got all the rewards.
On the last day, I was supposed to unlock the 'Endurance Training' achievement but it failed and the progress shows 18/21.

Consequence: My achievement got stolen from me and I didn't get the 70 football I was supposed to receive.

I opened a ticket to support and they are not willing to help.
Now I'm left hoping someone unlocks the situation so I get the missing footballs on time and maybe one day they are able to unlock the stolen achievement.

Update: Although the problem was reported on time and evidence provided, support say that it's too late and they don't want to unlock my achievement.

Still waiting for them to sort out the mess with the achievements at Easter event so don't go expecting any progress.
