Trade Office - Offers tab

Would it be possible to have a fourth tab on the trade office called 'Offer'. In here players can put what they want to sell, then other players can make offers of what they are willing to give. If no offers are accepted after six hours, then all offers are cancelled.

If you think about it, that's what the trade office already does. If a player whats to sell something they mark a price on it, if other players don't like that price they can submit their own offer. Also I doubt many players would submit a reasonable offer for anything. Most players want everything for cheap except for the things they sell.
