lucky explorer limit

From my understanding the limit was 8 but because bb messed up that went to 9 now i have 8 did have 7 bought one during the football event with balls so i belive i should be able to buy the 9th with gems and i cant its locked...did i miss something

dunno but i read that they tried to fix it in event,... i havent noticed a change either... i got all from events i could and from shops for gems and have only eight... it was not even possible to buy explorer in footie event

Hello,

there seems to be some confusion on what the limit of lucky explorers is.

Some say you could buy 2 during event, 1 for balls, 1 for gems. The event is closed now and the one for gems isn't available anymore either: some have a limit of 8 and some have a limit of 9.

Can this be corrected please?

Should it matter: i would buy gems to buy this 9th explorer.

i can confirm that for me neither a gem one or one for football was available to buy... and now after event that hasnt changed. I have 8: two bought from older event and 6 for gems

I have 9 Lucky's but can understand and affirm the balance is out of sync on this.

All players should have the chance of 9 Luckys..

This should have been made clearer. Never before have NPC's from the black market section have been taken away when the event shop was closed.

It was my intention to buy the gem lucky after I had the gems to pay for the forthcoming new islands, currently unable to do that now.

Hardly made clear IMO - If there are 9 available, then 9 should be made available to all

the fact you could buy two was clear what wasnt made clear was that the one for gems would be removed once the event was over if i had known that would of bought before end of event ...gem items which are not listed under the event tab are not meant to be removed

I suspect this is just a bug due to the correction that was needed during the event.

I have 8 and can buy, 0. What kind of bug prevents players from expending gems that are the games main income?

i am somewhat confused i did raise a ticket on this got a answer back which made no sense at all

Also have to point i put a ticket in before this one about the clan bug and that hasnt been responded too except when they first did by tomorrow it will auto close

Dear Settlers,

Many questions about the Lucky Explorer limit have been raised and some elements of the Summer event in the game.

Lucky Explorer
The limit will be raised to 9 for every player.
If you didn't obtain a Lucky Explorer with Gems during the event, you can do so after the next game update.

Summer event deactivation
The event collectable items and event buffs will be removed with the next game update. The logo and the loading screen will also be reverted back to normal. These elements are still visible due to the extension of the deactivation phase.

The next game update is scheduled for August 22nd. A change log will be published on Monday, August 13th.

It seems the number varies between 8 and 9. I currently have 5 (one was purchased from the event) and the merchant says I can have 3 more for a total of 8.
