Spring Festival not working.

The zone wide spring festival buff is not working for me anymore...

None of my provision houses show a buff.

It works fine for me. The buff is visible in the zone buff menu at the top (sparkle icon between pop/building licences and ressource menu) when active.

Yep it looks like it is working if you look there...but when you look at the provision houses there is no buff. I can also see that the time to make stuff at the provision houses has not decreased.

It works for me - it's true you don't see a buff inside the provision house only at the top indicator as mentioned above, but I wasn't sure about the time change at first until I specifically loaded up a provision house, made a note of the time for completion of the last item, used the park, then checked the provision house again. The time had reduced.

What caught me a little off guard is that I'm used to seeing the impact of a Barazek. The spring park doesn't run as long so the overall time isn't reduced as much as I was expecting, but it did reduce.
