Gems not updating

Guess it been over 10 days since daily gems have been updating correctly. Thought it was me not remembering the last total but no it has been stuck on the same number for four days now. Tried clearing cache etc but still refuses to update. Guess I'm down about 200-300 gems but more importantly I won't risk buying from the shop just in case they don't appear!

you dont get gems daily you get them once a week if you log in each day do you mean crystals?

check your star menu under the misc tab they go in there in a box ...but you didnt say from adventures which i assume you mean ventures from the excelsior

Are you saying that you're completing quests/adventures that award Gems, but don't see your total increase once you've completed them? Just to make sure this isn't related to the Daily Login Bonus?
