Problem with finish a Main Quests

Hi,

I am trying to finish some of the Main Quests and this one is giving me some trouble :

Have a production value of at least 0 every 12 hours for Coal !


I stopped all the production of Coal for over 12 hours several times, but I can still not clear this Quest ?

Please help :)

Try restarting coal, and pausing all coal users.

you have to make more than 0 its a bad translation use buffs to get everything in green
