View Full Version : Game won't Load up

Hi All

For the past few days i have been trying to play TSO but when i hit the Play Now button the game starts to load and the on the progression bar it gets to around 30% and then just hangs there.

I have cleared the Cache but that doesnt seem to work either

Has anyone had this issue before ?

Sorry i dont know how to know which browser im using i have changed from Google chrone to Adobe flash player if that is what you mean??

problem occurred after chrome update. Tried quite a few things like:

restore system
turn off anti virus
reinstall chrome

doesn't work please help

If this has happened since updating Chrome, please take a read of a possible fix here (https://forum.thesettlersonline.com/threads/36270-Chrome-(69)-and-Flash)

tried the fix, didn't work

but in the end a reinstall of the flashplayer in chrome did the job
adobe.com/go/chrome

Hi Guys i have tried all your suggestions but to no avail

i have tried Updating the flash player
Deleting and re-installing the game/Chrome/Firefox/IE
Un-installed and re-installed the game (even tried to install on a different HDD

Are you using the download version of game - or playing directly from browser ?

If so - try playing directly in Firefox.

I'm having the same problems,did everything as everyone else did and still nothing,I use Firefox.

Sometimes switching to a different browser fixes problems like that. Chrome stopped working for me a few months ago so I switched to Opera, which works just fine. Might be worth a try.

Hi all, been unable to connect for just over 24 hours. Tried everything I can think of and suggested above. Any ideas? On Google chrome, tried microsoft edge too. Thanks for any help.

I can't get the game to load. Firefox, Chrome. Flash is fixed. Rebooted system twice. CTRL+F5. Nothing works.

At first try I got the the santa+fireplace loading screen. Now i'm stuck here:

It seems i get a bit furhter. Santa is coming into my screen but the yellow stays yellow and won't go to green and start the game.

Changing the registry didn't work.
I reinstalled chrome version 69, updated flash, disabled the flash setting in chrome and still I can't get past the Santa loading screen :(


update 2h later:
I can get into the game:D:D:D. I haven't changed anything (not even a reboot) since my last attempt.

And now the game also works fine on firefox 63 and 64(= latest version). Again, I haven't changed anything or any setting since the previous post.
