Since the last update, many of these very useful facilities just don't work any more (I am using Chrome).
Examples are - time to complete production in provision house, rarity provision house, barracks, elite barracks, snack stand; population breakdown on main island and on adventure island; progress breakdown on quests where a number of things have to be produced / acquired.
This may or may not be related to the bug already reported whereby buff duration is not always shown on various buildings.
