No Festival Hall / Aniversary building is missing

I've tried everything - 15+min logout, clear cache, several refresh, different browser.
Still no hall :mad:

EDIT: adventure "a new experience" is also missing in star menu so I can't complete quest for 100 balloons

Well the Festival Hall is here after the maintenance but adventure "A new experience" is still missing in my star so I still can't compete with others and do the daily quest for 100 balloons :(

I had no problem until now (daily quests were working and hall was there since the event started - maybe the petite buff was broken but I expect BB to send compenstation) but today I got the daily quest to do retro adv. "A new experience" and I can't find it in my star too.
