Impossible to do the event daily quest

I don't have thoose adventures in my star, like "Retro Style" and "A new experience". But I have them for daily quest (1 active, 1 waiting).
Is it a normal bug?

If you are affected by this issue, then please try logging out of the game for at least 20 minutes, in order to force a zone reset, before logging back in and checking your star menu again. These mini-scenarios should appear amongst the other scenarios towards the bottom of your adventure tab, like so:

I had the same problem, logging out did not help so i deleted current daily quest and received new daily quest and scenario was in my star menu for new quest
