the buff is bugged full stop - you make the buff, it says its collected and in stores, but its missing.. Made 2 today and both missing

I am not entirely sure, but I believe it was back when the Star Menu got the big revamp that Country Saying was amalgamated with Wheat refills, Fish Food was combined with Fish refills and Musk Deer Fragrance became Meat refills. Check the amount of your Wheat refills and then try making another Country Saying. Your Wheat refill count should go up by 400.

The description should read "Country Saying" (It currently says "+60 Population" )

this still needs fixing
new players are getting the quest to make a country saying and can't find it in the collections tab due to it being mis-named
causing confusion
