Snack Stand reset

I had about 50 days of stadium snacks queued before the event, now it has reset to zero. Where are my snacks, where are my resources???

Same goes for the Smokehouse too -all queued buffs disappeared...

This game is buggier than mayfly dating season :mad:

EDIT: Seems this is triggered by completing the Monsters In the Mist adventure

Same here, i had 200 fish steaks cooking in the Smokehouse so about 500k fish lost, a lot of which i had bought from the TO ... dont suppose i will see those again ..

wait and see what BB say; I want my resources back at the very least - I lost about a million fish from the smokehouse queue

I've also lost about 90 days of queued smokehouse production and 20+ days of red flying settler resources. Please note BB, a few omniseeds and an Irmas buff is not going to replace my losses. Not best pleased.

i did addy yesterday didnt know about this seems all my fish steaks qued up and the hotdogs and milkshakes have gone as well i dunno if got stuff back off them i dont think i did but i never keep track how much fish etc i got anyways

I had same problem, i can't remember how far it came with my buffs, but i know I had some in queue, and now i lost both them and the ressources for them

My two snackstand productions are empty too, im not sure how much i had cooking but probably 50 stadium and 100 red flying. Last time i looked it had a ETA around 93 days or so :(

I would check star for resoruces. We were talking in chat one someone had 200k extra bread, only to find snack queue had gone.

I too lost several months worth of snacks and about 10 days worth of fish steaks. (i have 2 smokehouses running, so that was a lot of fish). Sent ticket to support but so far 2 days later, not even had the standard reply to say they are looking into it.

There were some claims of lost resources but I'm not sure if they were proven to be correct. However, TSO Support has been dealing with players on an individual basis.

Nothing was lost for me, I don't tend to "star" stuff like others so I was wondering why I suddenly had ~300k bread and ~300k sausage sat in my star menu. I presume these are from the lost snack stand queue.

How are we supposed to know what we've lost? I know my smokehouse queue was over 90 days, but not exact numbers. I *think* my snack stand queue was about 20+ days worth of RFSs. Can support check what we had queued?

Do I need to raise another claim for both bugs?

Whilst its good to know the bug is fixed, the resolution advised is loose to say the least

So far today I've tried twice to log a support call for this, but I'm not getting any acknowledgement mail (which of course makes it a tad easier to reference the ticket number...)

I had an automated response telling me i'd replied to a closed ticket.
weird thing is I hadn't sent a reply, only the original ticket.

had more or less same issue they asked me what i lost roughly i replied and my ticket was closed

I have not heard anything further from support, so I'm guessing my ticket was indeed closed without anything other than automated responses. Pretty poor customer service really.

Please can we have an official update about this bug?

as far as I have been told it is that the outstanding resources in the queue went back to your stores.

I can't prove that either way personally, given the fish I had in star, so I'm taking that possible hit.

You have to raise personal tickets for anything else, like the Snackstand queues. Again I really cant be bothered to do this now, but those who had stacks of 25 halfway etc may well be advised to do so.
