Building area in squares .

Every building have how much space is needed in squares ,
for example 2x2 , 1x1 , or whatever .
We have limited build space on home island .
I like to know how much area i need for any building ,
maybe like a list where I can see that for each building ,
and how much free squares we have in total
on home island without destroying that mountains
and without that archipelagos around .
Sure , I am interested for total space for build too .

There is not how much space I need for each buildings ,
and what is total of free space for build .
There is only for few buildings what squares is need .

All buildings from build menu are 2x2 (ok, barracks are 3x3) and you can count squares on the map yourself.

All the answers provided are adequate in terms of space available and buildings footprint, but you also have a little brainstorming to do as we all have to set our own islands up.

The link (http://thesettlersonline.wikia.com/wiki/Fairytale_Castle) cat_flap has posted has information about the footprint of the specific building on that page. Other entries for buildings on that site also show the footprint of those buildings if you click where it says "Expand" under the picture of the building, as cat_flap already mentioned.

It seems that a full list of all the building sizes, as you are requesting, does not seem to exist. However, other members of the community are attempting to help you find the information you have requested. It would be nice if you could show some appreciation of the effort they have made to try and help you.
