i have killed the first 2 leaders and i did not get robust tool that is needed for bridge construction kit. also all quests but last one seems locked.

You did not really show what you actually killed there and only some of the leaders drop em.
Also 1 on Northisle - killed all camps in south part - no robust tools - has anyone done A Giant Battle after hotfix ?
Here the same problem. killes all camps. even loss a major but no robust tool. no bridge construction kit can be made. failure of adv. sent problem to support.
Seems that the quest chain does not activate propperly.

Hi I started Giant Battle before the latest hotfix - and started playing the adventure after servers came back up.
The quests in the venture don't start - nor do any of the camps along the bottom drop the required materials to be able to repair any of the bridges

Looks like a return of the "old" Unknown Regions bug where we weren't being awarded the materials for the thrid debuff.
As there is a lot of effort involved with even getting to Giant Battle in the first place I sincerely hope you will be able to either 1) fix the issue .. or 2) send a copy of the tools so i can repair a bridge (though as this wont reset the remaining quests not sure this will fix the issue across the venture) and 3) refund the adventure.
edit - also used several big catapults, ROA's and assassins to reduce losses killing the camps that have been killed .. hoping this can also be refunded!
ALSO .. wondering if any other MCC quests are also similarly bugged .. but till this one is fixed .. unwilling to give any of them a go .. though i do currently have the ventures ready for all of them (in case support would like me to test them)

Same here. Started teh Adventure after the hotfix.
I have cleared all bottom sectors and no Robust Tools dropped.
I have done the usual clear cache, wait 15 minutes etc and no joy.
Ticket sent to support so will see what tomorrow brings.

I also ran into this issue, also noted tat the Obsidian Dynamute did not carry over from previous Venture, I guess it is ticket time....

same exact issue. the usual camps didnt drop it, cleared some others no joy.
Quests not popping correctly
also noticed that after the hotfix i also lost my dynamite buff that was in the star menu.
ticket done to support, would cancel but will await too see if it can be salvaged.

I had a response to yesterdays ticket earlier today but only to ask me when I had started the adventure.
No word yet on if they intend to fix the problem or if the want / expect me to cancel what is a very expensive adventure to obtain and do.
I dont want to have a weekend where I cant do any adventures but I also dont want to cancel the current adventure. Has anyone had any other feedback from BB about next steps?

Thats great news that you are working on a solution BB_Acadma but can you at least let the people that are affected awareand advise them what they should do in the meantime.
IE
1) Should I cancel my Giant Battle Adv?
2) Should I continue to waste my premium and let the adventure run down in the hope that BB fix the problem for existing adventures?
Also will BB credit me with my lost resources in a failed attempt to obtain blueprints?
Waiting for more information next week isnt (in my view) acceptable for currently impacted players like myself.
There is an update from BB on the thread below but dont expect much more information or help before sometime next week......

Seriously we gotta wait too next week to be told. Why cant those who do tickets just be let know, yeah we will replace ya adventure. while we work on the problem.
The users didnt create the problem but telling them hold on several days while stuck in adventure
I've already blown lots of resources on the weekly challenge that now i may not get to finish as well.
Had they just sent the robust tools as a gift for a giant battle. could have made buff and continued..

i was told from BB in reply to my ticket about giant battle issue that i should clear browser/flash/dns cash and that should fix the problem!!!
I hope the situation is as BB_Acadma described it...

I have the same bug too. No robust tool nor shard for the dynamite and quests not starting! No option bu to cancel the quest as its's blocking guild quest and wasting premium time.

As above, no robust tools, dynamite is not there, quests not displaying except the main one. Also i run with 2 debuffs but the area zone buffs do not show the warm clothing penalty as being active. Without the robust tools to make a bridge crossing, I am stuck and will have to cancel. As it is now the weekend. Don't fancy sitting there with the broken adventure waiting for a response from Support (especially the usual clear cache, try another browser etc).
I have done the full mountain run several times now, so I do know how to do it. Not a noob error on my part.

A wonderfully generic "solution" that has never resolved any of the issues I have logged over the years, but I do it anyway to humour them.
(I know it won't work on my problems, because I always check the problem moves between machines before logging the call, and they don't share the cache!)

Same issue. All quests locked, no robust tools, no dynamite carried over.
Just cleared first section, no Robust Tools dropped and the Dynamite did not carry over...not very happy !!! Last time I spoke to support they were completely unhelpful....

Stuck here also, even with having previous adventure incomplete following recent maintenance
when they know there is a major problem with an adventure would it not be a good idea to send a game mail out
"don't do Mountain Labyrinth major error"
do are you sending me a new adv "a giant battle" or do i have to start the whole thing again

Nice to hear that the problem is now being worked on though a shame we’ll have to wait a bit. I’m stuck on giant battle, is there any chance of temporarily putting the buffs needed in merchant for a fish and a week cool down so that it’s not exploited?

Ok, so many of us are stuck at the same point, and BB have acknowledged the problem. But what action should we do now? cancel the venture and get a new map from support or do we have to keep the current venture open, and wait for a fix to continue. If the answer is to sit and wait, clearly we are unable to do any other adventures over the weekend. Like many who have sent in a ticket, so far all i have is an acknowledgement that i have sent a ticket in, no instructions either way. A reply from BB or their representatives would be most welcome please.

This ones more about the last battle problem, I think there are several other threads on the weekly challenge...
For last battle, do I need to put a ticket in along with others? And as people have already mentioned, do we wait for a fix with the venture running or should we quit?
blow me i put a post up and then they put it on the home page
i don't want to be pressurizer, but, in any chance for a hint about when the problem will be resolved?

I'm cancelling mine,24 hrs prem already gone and not going to wait another 48hrs and see that 3 days gone without a adventure done,they can return me a people of the mountain(because a giant battle return is useless without the buffs) or the blueprints and obsid ore that I lost...No reply other than the generic auto reply which again shows they don't care about the users...
In same situation, 3 storm recovery are waiting for weekly challenge, no robust tool drop in Giant Battle, support ticket but no response so far, what should i do ?

stuck in adventure (mcc5 - shall I cancel and loose all progress in mcc?),

I have The People Of The Mountain venture in my star. When I will start it after hotfix, what about 3 debuffs I removed in Unknown Regions?
I hope the hotfix worked.
I noticed another player got a mail with some presents related to the Mountain Clan fix but I didn't. I have the first adventure but hadn't started because of the warning about not playing it. The other player had played the first but then stopped. Why didn't I get the mail with the gifts? Did only certain people get it?

Doesn't seem to be it. I've played UR maybe a week ago, but not done any MCC since weekly challnges came in. Got the gift but no open MCC.

Yes, started new last battle map and tools/dynamite are available and working. So far so good.

Can’t remember for sure, but I think they appeared after I opened the last battle venture.
Another thing, you can now place your final attack gens right by the last four camps again. At first you could do this, then they prevented it for a while but now you can do it again. Doesn’t really mean that much but does save a bit of time at the end.

good luck i have giant battle sitting in menu even now still worried if i should open it did ask support because i seen others not having any MCC map open getting the compensation and was told they dont do such reimbursements even though they just have

I did my Giant battel we got from BB , due to the tech prob , but i did not get my Epic forge ?? BB i think it thinks i did the second time , but i did not as there was problem with ADV first

I just completed the replacement adv "A Giant Battle" that I received due to the issues last week. I cannot find the building anywhere in rewards or star, is this another bug or was the replacement adv set to be recognized as a second run through instead of a first run ?
i have same prob, did mail support by the looks of the answer they want us to do it all over again the Giant Battle even they can see the blueprints we have in the star so !!!

Daher muss ich noch um etwas Geduld bitten, wir versuchen dies aber zeitnah zu lösen.
Short translation : Epic Forge will be sent. But first they will make sure that all will work as intended and find out what created the problem. Pleace have patience we are trying to solve it fast.

48 hours later and despite 2 responses from them, still no dynamite in mail to proceed; that's 2 days prem wasted that I paid for - yes paid for as Id just recently purchased another year's worth of prem with gems I paid cash for in the last sale. Deeply regretting spending my hard earned money on this game again now.
I can't believe customer support is this bad in a game that has never been in more need of their customer's loyalty.
EDIT: 2.5 DAYS LATER - Adventure cancelled as I can't wait any longer - well done BB, you've just lost any future financial backing from me.
Be surprised if this game is around in 6 months time given the disdain they show their players.

I did A giant Battle two days ago with no problems. I had the right number of building spaces and I got the blueprints at the end. It behaved fine for me but I had the forge already.

That contradicts what BB is stating. It's bugged for those who _already_ ran into issues before
Sure you can play it,but it won´t drop the forge when played for the first time. Everything else is ok. So not the best time to play the first run. :)

Just to make sure I'm clear... if the campaign had not been started at all or only the 1st adventure was done before the "issue" and the special maintenance, then continuing on now should be ok. I think that is what you are saying but could someone confirm? Thanks.

Es sollten sowohl alle fehlenden Schmieden ausgesandt als auch zukünftige Schmieden erhalten werden, wenn die Lösung bereit ist. Ob du es vorher spielst oder nicht sollte daher gleich sein.
Translation : All missing Forges should be sent, and coming Forges should be recieved, when solution is ready. Playing it before or after should make no difference
Did someone start A Giant Battle for the first time - after hotfix ? and was Epic Forge in loot - or only blueprints ?

idk maybe, This is so sad no respond from any BB, mods etc.Seems they are not playing this game.Waiting any info from them for last 10 days and nothing.Cant start 3rd vent MCC and waste my time, units etc till get some confirmation from up. :(:(
[14:42] MOD_Dazz: If you're doing the Giant Battle for a first time, you shouldn't have any issues now. It only effected people that had the problem and their Giant Battle was auto-completed for them. The game assumes they have already completed the Giant Battle before

I received my forge in mail when I logged in today
Missing dynamite today. Did drop from People of the Mountain but not in star for Giant Battle.
The dynamite is not visible in star. You get it (back) when you start Giant Battle. I did one 2 days ago.

Then straight into Giant Battle but no dynamite in star on adv. Repaired bridge on far right and crossed over to attack the camp there that gives obsidian shard. Made dynamite to reach the next camp (L4 if using EvilJ) but now stuck as I don't see another camp to kill which would drop an obsidian shard.
Done the usual, clear cache blah blah.
For anyone else stuck in a similar situation (with help from Mannerheim, our resident MCC genius) there are 2 camps, 1 either side of the middle bridge, which have obsidian shards. If you already used the bridge building kit on the right hand bridge you can get the required object for the most protected camp on the very left side prnt.sc/lvrihy. Then repair the bridge then take out one of the other camps. Whew!

pfft..i always take the middle bridge because there are 3 fortresses nearby.north,west and in the east of the sector after crossing the repaired bridge...
