From the Moutain Clan Chain; it is the forge that goes over the volcano which top opens up when you reach level 65.

And I wouldnt bother with MCC yet. Its broken since the last hotfix with players stuck and not able to progress. BB are going to let us know what they intent to do to fix the problem, sometime next week....
