I just clicked complete on the Resource Delivery sub-quest from the Kingdom Defence W.C.
However, I haven't made a single mortar, I haven't produced any gunpowder. And if my memory is correct no mortars or gunpowder were taken from my storage.
Also a new shipment of units has arrived, But I haven't made a single drill manual so I can't have killed the first shipment. Nor did I click complete on the first recruitment quest.
I am very glad the annoying blue banner is gone.
